Description
A Reploid scientist who had seemingly succeeded in developing a vaccine to the Maverick Virus. In gratitude for his deeds, an utopic city called Dopple Town was built and it gathered many Reploids who desired to follow him...
In the following months, Dr. Doppler upgraded his own body, allowing him to fight. The vaccine's lost its effect and the Reploids who were protected by it became infected and started rebelling under Doppler's lead.
