Description
Saffron, Cumin and Jasmine are specialists in items, weapons and Force Metal (respectively) and give aid to the Resistance. After being rescued in the Central Tower, they move to Lagrano Ruins and later assist X and his allies at the Far East HQ.Check theΒ Mega Man X: Sprite Conversion Project .

I think that these nurse reploids would show up after reaching a certain point in the map, kinda like with Data in Megaman Legends, but they decided to add that function to the Save Points for some reason, and i believe Cinnamon was going to be one of those nurses (which would make sense because they are all named after spices), but at some point in development they decided to make Cinnamon a playable character. And instead of scrapping the other nurses, they repurposed them to act as the Secret Shop vendors in Lagrano Ruins. (They setting up a shop inside a run down building makes no sense, so i think the devs just put them there so they would serve SOME purpose.)
