I'm guessing you've seen 's work. He is AMAZING, and the inspiration for this drawing ^_^He uses picture reference to draw different anime characters, and I believe at first he traced the pictures. So I thought I should try his technique. It's WAY harder than it looks lol but so much fun!
So, here is Zuko, I traced him from some Dante Basco's photo I found in google. Then pretty much blindly airbrushed him, cropped the drawing, did some seriour bluring and added texture.
I might do Katara next =3

Woooh pretty! I can't seem to do very smooth strokes in any programs XD I finally decieded to mainly stick to my cell shading, I love the lips and his right eye :3

Hmmmm... You are truely amazing, yet I want to be honest with you. His face structure just isn't zuko. His nose is a bit big, and his lips are too wide. Good job on the painting, it just isn't zuko. Sorry
