I've been uploading a lot of stuff the past couple of days.. what the heck is wrong with me? I must be sick or something

Nice soft shading. What impresses me most in this picture is the hair; the many hairlines are well defined and embody a scruffy demeanor. Another subtle detail I like is the focus and clarity you placed on this picture added an actual sense of depth with this face; the picture is blurred on the right side except for the right brow (viewer's right) The details on the eyes are fantastic. Simply fantastic work here. I reckon you'll attract all manor of watchers if you keep uploading works like this.
