PLEASE DOWNLOAD FOR FULL SIZEDESU DESU DESU
So, this isn't really my normal way of drawing eyes but I wanted to make a kind of glowy-looking one.
Hopefully it can help someone who likes the super glowy desu eyes.
This was kind of hard for me to explain so please let me know if you have any questions, I'm really sorry if it's difficult to understand.

o: I wrote it at the top, you click clipping group
And when you clip it, it means whatever is on that layer can only go in the space of the layer its clipped to.
