Description
I was bored and decided to make a lip tutorial. This can be used in any program, but I used it in paint tool sai. I actually learned quite a bit from experimenting with this tutorial

I know I'm a little late (by a couple years) but what (free cause I'm a cheapskate) drawing programs would you recommend? I'm not very good at digital art but I recently got a bamboo drawing tablet and would like to look more into it.

Hi! As for free programs, I'm not entirely sure; I know one of my friends highly recommends FireAlpaca, so I would try that!

noo, by swirl motion, I mean using a blending tool and moving it around in a swirly motion. in photoshop I would use smudge.
