Description
This is my first minimalistic submission.I’ve seen a lot of photographers doing minimalism lately. I’ve been keeping an eye out for anything that I could take a picture of and pass it as minimalism, it’s hard to do you really have to have an eye to see a good chance at a minimalism photograph.
I couldn’t find anything that I could do when I saw this outside my window and started taking pictures. It was rainy out and overcast so that added a kind of darker feel to it.
If you interested in this type of photography I sugest you check out ~ minimalism they have some really good stuff.

great composition and contrast. tho it seems like the arrow is pointing in a strange diagonal direction with regards to the direction of the road/path and i cant see the practical purpose of it being there. lol. what's happening there?

I live in upstate Ny, it is much more easier than living in the city
but I spent a lot of time in nyc so I know how it feels like to live there
sometimes it is tough and cruel but it makes you feel alive in the end

Stunning minimalist work. Those colours are absolutely gorgeous and unlike anything I have ever seen!
The black bit of the semi-circle on the left is slightly distracting but it's a beautiful image nonetheless. It's simplicity is extraordinary.

Very nice indeed. Great work, especially for your first try at a minimalistic shot I love the green you've been able to capture. It really makes the yellow parts jump out at you. You've positioned the arrow well and i like the slightly darker green line dividing the canvas in two.
Good title for it as well. Great stuff overall

Thank you very much for your comment. I’m a big follower of your work. I like your minimalist work a lot.
I’ve always liked this picture but lately I’ve been thinking that I need something more. I need to go out and really have a day where I am thinking completely minimal.
The green color was due mostly to Photoshop help and sometimes I think that maybe I overdid it a little. That slightly darker green line was a crack in the road that really made this picture what it is.
As for the title……. It took me a long time to think of it. I let this picture sit on my computer for a few days before I came up with the title.
Thanks for your commenting, it means a lot coming from you.

I really like the colors on the one. It's also a very nice setup. Using an arrow is a clasic in minimalism. You did pretty good one that one

Thank you again for your detailed comment. Minimalism is hard to do, you really have to frame things up just right in your mind in order to see any minimalist opportunities.

the others have pinned it, great minimalistic piece here. There is definately something to be said for the beauty of simplicity. I'm also always a fan of the pieces that go on one or both of the sides of the Predestination debate. One of my favorites.
