BTW:
The Dialog "Smooth mesh part" has between the Buttons "Cancel" and "OK" a slider. This is the precision slider. If the mesh part has no gaps between the faces, then move this slider to te left side for Maximum precision. If there are gaps between the faces, then you can move the slider to the right side ... and the "Smooth mesh part" Feature do close this small gaps
