You are definitely talented and will continue to get better as long as you love making art and keep practicing!
I'm not very good at critiquing, but the piece you have here is really interesting, and I love seeing face-offs like this! The drake is a neat concept from the looks of it! I'm not sure what to offer as advice to improve, but you can always try to study more on fundamentals, such as proportions and fore-shortening to help dramatize scenarios as this. I still need to practice a ton as well, but keep at it! 😊
