Description
Yeah, if you don't know, this is a character from the show by the same name, CyberSix. It aired in 1999, and since, occassionally on Space and Teletoon, but not much.Anyways, I drew this because a friend of mine likes the show, and never sees it on anymore, so I looked around, found the episodes and am burning a custom DVD, complete with custom created menus and DVD insert, for a three disc (two case) collection for her. This isn't my first old school cartoon DVD, as I have also put such classics as Freakazoid and the Legend of Zelda on DVD, but, this is the first that I've made specifically for someone else. Either way, this picture was drawn based on a much smaller CyberSix picture for the cover my DVD. (You try finding a clean picture with a resolution of 2600 x 3200 or so) I really liked the way it turned out, considering I never drew Cybersix before, and I am also really fond of the uneven ink lines, I've used it in a few unpublished (I guess DA counts as publishing) pictures, but would be too much to try and incorporate into my Badman series, since, that would mean when the time comes I'd have to use that time-consuming style in the Badman cartoon, and until I get my own studio, it'll just be me working on it. No thank you.
ANyways, thought I'd add it to show I am still drawing here and there, and that I haven't fallen off the face of the earth. And hell, someone might like it.

Thanks,
That's cool that you're going out as her. As for Freakazoid, it was honesty one of my favourite shows of all time... Surprised I haven't put up any Freakazoid art yet. Meh, too many projects on my plate right now.
The "Cut the Cheese" bit was great. I have every episode downloaded, and can't wait for the day the WB get soff their asses and realeases it on DVD.

Oh don't count on the WB, they stopped playing good shows years ago, so I doubt they'll be doing something good anytime soon.

Well they just put Animaniacs and Pinky and the Brain on DVD (whose releases are atleast post-poned till the 8th here in Canada) and a press release they put out months ago said that Freakazoid was one of the MANY shows they were planning DVDs for.
([link] )
Here's one of the posts on TVShowsOnDVD.com. The Freakazoid reference is about half way down the page, luckily, all show names are bolded.
And then there's this one:
([link] )
which I was originally refering too, the interesting portion is:
"JohnPannozzi} Any plans for Tiny Toon Adventures, Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain, Freakazoid, Road Rovers, the Quick Draw McGaw Show, the Son of Kong, Mighty Joe Young 1949, John K. and Spumco's Yogi and Jetsons shorts, seasons 2 and 3 of the Jetsons, Flintstones on the Rocks, Ralph Bakshi's Hey, Good Lookin' and/or the unsold pilot of 'Gizmo and the Gremlins' on DVD? I also want to see Coal Black and de Sebben Dwarfs on DVD. END.
{WarnerHomeVideo} YES. Done"

Cool
What they should do is put all of these shows back on the air and get rid of the crap like Seventh Heaven.

I got them through some torrent sites and downloaded them with Torrent Storm. Can't remember which now, since I downloaded that I've also downloaded alot of other shows that have yet to hit DVD like Darkwing Duck, My Pet Monster, Sam and Max Freelance Police, Earthworm Jim, Freakazoid, etc.

Thanks. It was a pretty good show. A friend of mine loved the show, so I decided to go and download all the episodes for her and made a DVD for her (since the only ones I could find on DVD were French cut) And this picture I only really drew because there are no hi-rez CyberSix pictures on the net that I could find. Looked nice on the DVD insert though, lol. And she loved it.
Jose was pretty cool, in his sawed-off-Hitler demeaner. lol

I do like it, and I'm told there are mysterious Canadian monks that possess all the episodes.

I wish that show would come back. It, and AeonFlux. As usual, an excelent redition of animated personages! But her hands are a little too bulky. She may have a blocky style, but her hands were delicate when she wasn't pretending to be a guy. *laughs* Still way better than I could do, though!

I think I can honestly say I have yet to see an episode of AeonFlux, though, with that information in the wrong hands, I could be tied down and forced to watch it, for better or for worse, lol. But thank you. I personally think the left hand looks pretty feminine (Spelling?) but it's hard to tell with the right hand since it's balled up. I just tried to go from the refrence picture.

lol, Yeah, I barely remembered anything about the show, to be honest, but now that I have the entire series on my computer (and soon DVD) I'm watching them and it's pretty good, though, the music mix is a little harsh at times.
Meh, Cool style either way you look at it.
