Alteration: [Active] A useful tool in everyday life as well as dire situations, he has the capacity to transform inanimate objects into other items. This can either work in an alchemy manner, in which case he can take a collections of items and transform them into something specific that they'd make as a combination, or, he takes any item and turns it into another one (though not increasing its mass just rearranging it). He has yet to really delve into the more living aspect of this power, while he is capable of shifting the human form, as well as animals, it is increasingly difficult and near fatal as well as includes a very clearly understood stated fact that they are allowing it. Freewill is not something he can manipulate, which is why he normally veers from living creatures. The down side to this ability is the drain it takes from him. It's like any other energy that a person would use, his just happens to be magical. He can either faint or possibly end up in a coma or close to death depending on the extent in which he expends himself.

Elemental Sway: [Active] Able to use the elements to his advantage through spell work. While most Hecate kids are good at mystiokinesis in general, Caster has honed in on the elements in specific. Though he makes sure to realize that, unlike children whose domain is in the elements, for him and his siblings like him, the elements are still feral and can hurt them. He is in no way immune to any of the elements, even if he produced them himself. Like any power, excessive use drains him.

Trivia: [Passive] Resembling a human wikipedia or search engine, on occasion Caster's eyes glaze over and he picks up information/facts like an antennae. He can call upon this ability himself but it's harder to maintain and focus, normally causing headaches when he has to. Most cases it just comes when he is desperate need of something or when he isn't thinking at all (Like a stand-by/sleep mode). Hardly any in between. Calling on it allows him specific facts but when itdoes goes on stand-by essentially its a teeming cloud of information with no hold, just resting in the back of his mind until prompted. It finds it's uses in day to day life, but he doesn't depend on it to much.

Like the calmness of still water, he rarely raises his voice nor does his expression show stress. This trait makes him appear patient and understanding, though his actual words may conflict. Like most demi-god’s a need to prove oneself is deeply rooted in him, but being the son of Hecate as well as his own mortal father has left him particularly intent on doing well and being noted on it. It tends to push him to try the odd and less traveled roads. He himself may not be honourable but he will always try to live up to his word. Always willing to pay back a debt or be there for those who have once done him a great favor. Never think for a moment he won’t have your back if you have had his. His determination shows in many aspects of himself, whether it be to make up for something, figure out a spell or even seek revenge. He will not stop unless he feels as though he as succeeded, even if it doesn’t appear that way to the other party, if he feels it’s done, he’s content.

Vain | Vengeful | Brooding | Resolute

Vanity looms over him like a constant cloud, not only does it affect how he see’s himself work wise but it often troubles him with aesthetics of others and things around him. Some may even say his vanity causes his borderline O.C.D. habits and his pickiness with friendships/allies. To insult him anyway is an instant warrant for revenge, not taking anything from anyone. An offense of a minute amount can go a far way with a vain person like him. Be careful if ever on the wrong end of his dagger. Even after apologizing he can often be found brooding, though silently. In his own failures he will brood and over analyze every wrong doing in what ever it is. Some may call this pouting, but to him that’s too immature and he takes offense to it. His opinions are law in his mind. Though he can be shifted, like a loophole in a contract, he is still strongly planted to his thoughts. This can either be applied to how he sees others or how he feels in his own doing; once it’s determined he’s done. It’s over. No more.

Ω History:

Raised in the deep bayou Caster was child to a renown voodoo and hoodoo priest. Some may even go so far as to argue he was the best in america. Everyone had always wondered who had stolen his heart enough to have left him with a child, and although Thierry would never tell anyone, Caster was well aware of who his mother was: Hecate goddess of magic. Leaving him with really big shoes to fill and his father made sure he remembered that as well. Most of his childhood was filled with constant bickering, pressure, and anxiety from not living up to his father's expectations. School seemed to fail him as well, which his father couldn't understand. This child should have been something amazing, but instead proved to be nothing more than a constant failure and it left Thierry angry and violent. Eventually he drew Caster out from public eye and although the boy often tried to plead with his father's customers to take him away no one dared cross Thierry.

When he was nearing the age of 13 he was met with a dream from his mother. He'd had others before but now he actually saw her face and when he awoke he could remember it all. He had to run away into the mist, run away and go to some camp for people like him up north. For most of the trip he seemed to go through with safe travel, hidden by the mist, but when it cleared he was suddenly met with an attacker. In the fear of the creature he fell to cowardice and was saved just in time by another camper who had been sent to get him. Claiming they had had a hard time finding them until then. Eventually they reached the camp and since then Caster had only returned home once but regretted it and quickly ran away again. He's stayed at camp as a year rounder since then.

-Spends a lot of time in his cabin trying to make different potions for different uses. Is rather skilled at it but does manage to cause a few accidents every now and then. Be careful when asked to test them…

-Doesn’t like to get his hair wet. Doesn’t like anyone doing anything with his hair without permission really, hair is important and near sacred to him, especially his own.

-Slightly O.C.D. about the way his sleeping quarters are arranged despite it looking a bit haphazard everything is actually in a specific place.

-He sews, embroiders, knits as a hobby and because of this he has a great deal of pillows. They make him feel happy.

-Can often be found in the forest picking plants and stuffing them into jars or grinding them first then stuffing them. He talks to the dryads often as well.

-Has a small poison & tea specific garden in the Hecate study dungeon however--and teaches his siblings how to use it if they so choose~

-Calls everyone by their parents name Ex: “Child of Ares”/ “Child of Demeter” so on, only uses names for the nymphs/dryads/satyrs/ect. If he uses a personal name for a fellow camper it can either be great admiration, worry, or anger.

-His lips are purple due to one too many potions accidents.

-Preferred Offense element: Electricity, Defensive: Earth.

-Has a natural preference for children of Demeter and Hades due to his mother’s relations with their parents. Also enjoys children of Athena and some of Hephaestus.

-His sash he wears around his waist is the mist form of his dagger: Thysía. Cannot be removed from his waist by anyone but himself.
