To the point of considerably obnoxious, Sean is one guy who just does not seem to have an off switch to all that sunshine and rainbows spewing out his mouth. He is inexplicably happy and it is quite contagious, his hopefulness definitely wearing off on those around him as well as just general good feelings. Coupled with his blatant enthusiasm for life Sean is incredibly considerate, and very intuitive of others and understanding just what may be going on (or at least assuming). If you have a problem, be sure he’s an ear to listen, a shoulder to cry on, and ready with words to live by. With hard work and willingness Sean has found himself quite the scholar, intelligent enough to impress many, though this is normally kept under wraps. Intelligence sometimes dampens a mood with its logic and what not, but if ever in need, he may have your answer. Easy to make friends, worry not, once you’ve been considered an ally, from then forward you have a trusty side-kick at your side. There to back you up in all you do (Even if it’s questionable, who’s a friend to judge after all?)!

Unfortunately, every coin has two sides, and while his chipper happy-go-lucky self is the side commonly seen, Sean can and does get down in the dumps easily. Incredibly insecure about his body (despite being in great shape) and personality, he worries about what people see in him or the like. Even if others tell him he otherwise, in the back of his head is a worry tugging on his constant thoughts. Due to this he has anxieties and quick to emotional outbursts. Particularly with crying. Easy to fall to tears, from all forms of emotions, don’t expect him to stick by at that point--you’ll quickly be seeing him run off to worry by himself about how he reacted. Even with his everlasting insecurities, anxieties, ect, he still persistently and naively approaches those who tend to evoke said feelings most. Giving the benefit of the doubt to a fault, he’ll continuously put himself in stressful situations. More often than not, following along with no clue to the consequences as well.

Born to a loving family in bustling area of Dublin, Ireland, Sean lived a very happy life. It was hard to want for anything when their home was so active with visitors and relatives of the plenty. While his mother (Alisa) was often off at work (a scientist, specifically specializing in numerical sequences) his dad easily made up for it. Being what most would consider a stay at home father (Brandon)--despite working a part time job here and there, and painting on the side. Sean’s life was filled with love, numbers, and every colour under the sun, what more could one hope for?

It wasn’t until he had started school that odd happenings became more present. As a youngster he had his moments of course, occasional things exploding or floating towards him--colours of items changing or items suddenly flying off shelves. Poor Brandon was left absolutely clueless, trying to bridge the two worlds, one of which he wasn’t even part of, without his wife constantly around. School only made the happenings more obvious, while Alisa was always thrilled--claiming he showed such promise, Brandon worried that their poor ray of sunshine was going to get ostracized for it.

After coming to the conclusion that they needed someone of both worlds to take care of him, Sean started home-schooling (paid Via Mama’s money) which took a load off everyones life. Visitors became a more frequent thing again, and Brandon had started to work on his art once more, while Alisa continued to exceed expectations in muggle sciences. It wasn’t any surprise that by the time Sean had turned 11 he got a letter to attend Hogwarts, at this point in their life magic was as expected as the sun coming up the next day. With no worries, they took him off to diagon alley and as they say, the rest is history.
Until of course he'd arrived at Hogwarts for the first time. While his life had been a well balanced mix of the two worlds, never had he been fully immersed in one or the other, leaving him a bit bereft of words. The first few months at Hogwarts were a blur, his sorting, his classes, even for some time his housemates. By the end of his first year he'd managed to finally get a grip on this situation (ironically just as he was about to leave). From then on years at Hogwarts weren't as shell-shocking and he managed to adjust to this new type of balance. However with the years to come, as things appeared to be getting darker and worrisome, he had started to loose touch with both worlds. Wanting more to hide in the muggle world than deal with the foreboding happenings at Hogwarts. Till now he's been pretty good at doing just that, sticking to friends who weren't right in the action, standing on the side lines, preferring to hide in the Hufflepuff hobbit hole of a dormitory. Just trying to go about daily life, and hoping, it'll continue to stay that way...
