You guys seemed to like my take on Scorpion, so here's a redesign of cyber Sub-Zero. The idea I had was that Kuai Liang has had to fend for himself, and is trying to hold onto his old self as well. And while the Lin Kuei are usually shown as being traditionalist-like ninja, if they have cybernetic augmentation tech available, I figured why not pull in some Special Forces gear.Β-----------------------

I like the idea, just not the designs. I love the pulpy feel it gives the setting, having robots and sorcerers duking it out.Β

Well, MK will never lose its pulpy nature, that's for sure.
I just... Arg, I guess my main gripe is that they all look the same, once they become cyborgs. The new MK ninja models all have little details that set them apart, which makes them unique and wonderful. But the bots? They haven't changed, in the years MK has been around. So until they redesign them, like you did, here, they'll never be favorites of mine. I'll take my gorgeous, Subby-Hubby/Kuai Liang, all day, every day.
