This was like my teeniest tiniest quibble with the film... no elephant.
I don't actually *remember* seeing this in the film myself, but in the script there's a scene where the team are in one of the dream levels before going after Fischer, discussing the plan, and two men walk by... Yusuf admits they're from his unconscious mind, and Cobb tells him to cut it out.
