After 4 days with no sleep, hopped up on Mountain Dew and our heads full of anime, ~Saya1984 and I decided to play a little of "Baldur's Gate 2: The Dark Alliance."With our sleep deprived fan girl minds, we ended up having more fun playing as our favorite characters than worrying about the main mission itself.
I was Drizzt and ~Saya1984 was Entreri. We spent pretty much the whole time just jumping around and jumping together. It was quite a funny sight seeing Drizzt and Entreri hopping through meadows together, a scene that should never happen!
So of course we both HAD to make fan art of our stupidity. I'm sure ~Saya1984 will post hers later, till then enjoy mine!

It's an old PS2 game. I have copies of Baldur's Gate: The Dark Alliance 1 and 2. They are both really fun games! Drizzt is a secret character in the first game, but he's also available in part 2 with Entreri as an additional secret character too.

You could probably pick it up really cheap at a GameStop or any store that sells used games. Of course Amazon and Ebay are always options too.

I managed to find used copies of Balder's Gate: The Dark Alliance 1 and 2 years ago for PS2 at a Game Stop. Hitting up used video game stores are probably your best bet if you want to get it for a reasonable price. Assuming they even sell PS2 games anymore... >_<

Basically what I did was boot up the game on Extreme Mode, activate infinite health, used the Warp Level cheat to go straight to the final level and then finish the game from there. Thus, unlocking Entreri! ^_^

Indeed! This was one of the few times where I didn't even feel guilty about using cheats. I see it more as getting your monies worth out of the game. ^_^

You know, I bought both games, for my girlfriend and I and I unlocked everything for the two of us and then when I looked at Drizzt and Artemis... I was terribly upset. No wonder why the 3rd baulders Gate game was shut down by Wizards of the Coast.

I agree, the way they looked in the game was a disappointment, but I feel that the way they played compared to the default characters more than made up for it. I still greatly enjoyed the games. ^_^

Yeah, the default characters are MUCH better in design than Artemis (Who had the worst secret character rendering I've seen in my life) and drizzt. This came off as a surprise, what what the hell is with Drizzt when you wait "We must hurry! Entreri is on my heels!" that makes him sound like a little bitch, and we both know Drizzt never runs away, he just advances in the opposite direction. Artemis' voice....? ew.
