yes there is an add-one like this ^_^
but it's copying the rig from another model not rig it from 0
but it's not that accurate you have to fix some places after doing it

I already know this it just rig clothes to body^^’
what i meant is rig bones to the body

yeah you can use it for a full rig too
if the character is raw then do this :
1- for example open Rin model and delete all rig bodies and joints and leave only the basic skeleton bones
2- select all the bones and Vertex and save the rig file
3- delete all the materials and leave only the skeleton and save it in new pmx file
4- load the skeleton then load the character and locate the bone to the body
5- load the rig file and that will rig it all
6- the add-one will miss a little bit so you have to fix some places
