Well i got a new problem with the program, i trying to port Yubel model but the legs bones(IK's) deform horribly when i import to the 3Ds max, i try to re-named the bones but the PMD editor dont let me save the model after i change those bones names

Disable physics, IK bones and morphs as always you import PMD model into 3ds max. Also - check your weights - all points must be skinned to bone. Also check lost verticies. Tool is not ideal and sometime may give you some bugs.
Or use Metasequoia 4 (free from official website, trial too)/ this can import PMD and save in FBX with bones, then use 3ds max or Noesis (free too) for convert to XNAlara mesh.ascii

I disable the IK bones, morphs and physics and the problem still persits. then i use Metase 4 and make Yubel a pmd and the head was floating in the 3ds(Lol), so i try again this time with the Noesis with a FBX archive(when i try to import the FBX in the 3ds the program close...weird)and donwload the script to xnalara, then when i finally try to export it give this error:

I tried it but nothing happens, I wait and wait and wait and nothing, not even an error window.
I also tried the blender tutorial but when it says "Name using XNALara standard" I dunno what that is, I tried asking with no avail :c

So, maybe you can try another XNAlara converter script
Or wait - I remember one model convert to xps in 2,5 hours
And also - sometime u need delete all facials expressions, joints, physique IK rig and linked bones in PMD editor
Also - I get another way. Get Metasequoia 4 (from official Metasequoia software site, it's free), get a free trial (button "Purchase").
Save your model in PMD editor in pmd format, open in MQO (all buttons may be default) and save as FBX format.
Then open Noesis/3ds max/Blender and open/import your FBX. Save it with export scripts (in Noesis that's include - select mesh.ascii format)

3ds max not support the PMX - first u need open model in PMD/PMX editor and save it asPMD

Runtime Error, read past end of stream again and again when importing... Each time I try, or the model is messed up, or it does nothing or I have that current message. Any idea ? I tried lots of versions and all, nothing worked.

Delete all facials and physique, and check about lost verticies
Also - I recommende reanme all bones, it can be crash too

No problem - use free redistibutable models, game conversions or just use for yourself without distributing
