Thanks. Yeah, you can change the height by removing the height/overflow of the textbox. You'll also have to change the background (image is set to no-repeat).

When you download it (or any other journal), you get a file with CSS and HTML. The CSS goes into the CSS section of your journal (the very last box on the new journal page) and the HTML goes into it's specified section (which in most cases is the journal entry box). From there, just add your info into the HTML and it's good to go.
