Don't mind the lame title...
The rar file has everything needed for the journal. A journal entry example (the one used in the screenshot) is also in the file to show exactly what I did. Let me know if you have any questions.
CSS was only tested in Firefox.

Just download the file and open both of the text files. Copy/paste the CSS one into the CSS box at the bottom of your update journal page. Then, copy the info from the example file and paste it into the necessary sections...and delete my dummy info and put in what you want.

There's a psd file that was included in the zip called "Button". You'll have to open that and manually change the text. Might sound like a hassle, but it's pretty easy.
