"While Octavia prefers to avoid combat, if someone is overly eager to start a fight she will finish it. Cybernetic implants allow her to harden the feathers on her wings to do deadly blows if she needs to finish things off quickly while allowing them to remain soft so she doesn't hurt the ones she loves."

There's been a resurgence of Cyberpunk in the past couple of years, and I've not indulged enough on it. I love the Cyberpunk aesthetic, love the way it looks, but I'm light years away from actually achieving something that's on par with what the big guys are doing. Until then, I'll keep on practising, and if I have the chance to do it with concepts like this one I will gladly do so.
Had a very dang good time doing this one, from the character herself, to the jacket/vest, and the overall neon shading. It was a good time from start to finish.
