Description
A book cover wrap-around for a fantasy novel. The image will eventually have title, author and other text added. The cover is the right-hand side of the image. This image is not available to buy as it's copyrighted by the client.All painted from scratch in photoshop. I used the usual vanishing point tool to add perspective lines, which were used as guides to draw over. I created painted textures like bricks, roofing etc and skewed them into perspective where necessary.
Demons arrive through a wormhole to devour the medieval town below..!

Painted? Before reading this I was sure it was 3D rendered. That's some serious painting skills I'd say.

Thanks rex - I keep meaning to learn a 3D package but I am too used to using the vanishing point tool in Photoshop to set up perspective grids.
