I've got a feeling that we're going to see a little of the "No battle plan survives contact with the enemy" thing. I also think that Bester might be an idiot if he overestimates his control over Talia, especially with a Vorlon psi-bomb in his midst.

Psi Corps has many hidden assets. A small spaceforce in the form of course featuring Black Omega as well as a few capital vessels and a converted liner they use as a command ship that hangs out in hyperspace. Nothing compared to the ISA or the rest of Earthdome but plenty for a paramilitary force to contend with. Not including whatever Projects they can weaponize and deploy on short notice.
