I've wanted to get a good night photo of the Tre Cime for a while now. Is hard as the neighbouring town of Auronzo throws up quite a bit of light pollution. This particular night there was heavy cloud down in the valleys which obscured it a bit and gave the towers a very atmospheric look with only some small wisps' of cloud on top. You can still see the nearby lighting from Auronzo illuminating the back of the towers a bit but in this instance I found it provided a good backdrop.
