Description
While IAIS QJ 7081 was stopped, because of the Amtrak Special coming in, one of the crew was messing around the side, & well the rush of steam coming out, & Burlington 9911-A is right behind it..
At least there was nobody on that side when the steam came out.

It's a common procedure with steam locomotives. They're blowing off the scale that would otherwise accumulate in the cylinders.

Actually thats blowing out the 'mud ring' so that the accumulated boiler scale doesn't get too deep in the firebox water legs.
