formarissahelped me out in a tight spot last year and i appreciate it alot. she picked them so here they are, cloak and dagger. first time drawing these guys. i hope i did them justice.
i left dagger's powers out because i know marissa is queen of painting powers so its all hers lol.

I dont pretend to be an expert about them. Mayybe it was just in the earlier comics seeing as in House of M Daggers nowhere to be seen (reeeeaaalllly hope i havent spoiled anything.)

originally run by oracle with black canary as her operative.
now its run by oracle. huntress, lady blackhawk and misfit are her operatives plus she has a long list of reserve operatives ( black canary, manhunter, hawk girl, infinity)
