In the description to the Ambient Visual Style tornado5 writes:
"Shellstyle: Not included. Feel free to create one and I'll add the link to it here."
So I guess it's ok to release the shellstyle. I currently use an shellstyle from Luna Element 5. It looks nice but it's not Ambient style, which is little bit annoying.
Btw, didn't you once said you don't you shellstyles?

I know all that yeah but I just want to check with tornado5 first before releasing it.
I did say I didn't use shellstyles yeah but since this week I decided to try them out again
