Description
So... first group shot.
All the emoticons I've finished so far. These are the four from the stressball set. That set gave me the idea for the project in the first place.
Doesn't mean I'll stop now. Many more to come.

I guess I would. I just don't dare doing it, seeing how I don't hold the copyright to the original emotes. but I do have the patterns of 8 emotes from my project online. and as soon as I have 8 more together, the next pattern sheet will be out. it's the next best thing to selling. people can still have their emotes, if they can crochet, even if I don't get anything from it apart from enthusiastic replies (but that's still some kind of reward ^^).

don't have the filling required for hackysacks and not sure where to get it...

You could fill 'em with sand or small bits of gravel...not sure where you'd get stuff like that either

with chain stitches and single crochets. those are the easiest. and for plushie-making, they are the basic stitches to know. after that you'll need to know about increasing and decreasing stitches.
try looking up video tutorials. they're as helpful as a real person showing you (with the advantage that the videos don't get impatient

it's a challenge sometimes, to get their expressions right, but the results are very rewarding most of the time.
