Where should I begin? I love you so much for drawing this, you have no Idea. A few days ago I started to remember this anime, and I though "Man it was awesome, I wanna watch it again". Only I couldn't remember any name. I could see the characters in my head and I knew it was great and all but I couldn't get any name to run a proper search on it. So I tried typing stuff on Google : girl white hair giant robot anime ... and I got millions of results, and I killed my poor eyes going thought them, and I still couldn't find it ... And then I gave up, and then I came here, typed some random stuff, browsed trough a few gallery and then I saw this in someone's favourite. I clicked on it so fast, got the name, opened a page on gogoanime and I'm gonna watch the firsts episodes right now. I love you so much. Thanks. You're awesome. Hell I owe you big time. Choose something, a pairing, a character, anything, I'll draw it for you. I'm serious, you got a free request right here, so go ahead and take it. I'm not as good as you but I'll put all my effort on it. And it'll be good.
Now leaving with just that would be rude, so let's talk about your deviation : The whole thing is very sweet, it makes me squee like a fangirl (so glad no one can see me right now ^^ ). Meg and Jo are meant to be, they are soulmates or whatever pretty word we have for that. This drawing, right there, is just them. Jo needs Meg, she can't breath without her. And I'm pretty sure Meg keeps getting captured because she wants Jo to fight for her. Because being the damsel in distress isn't a bad thing when your shining knight is Jo. Hell She makes me want to be a damsel in distress ... I mean ... know what I mean, not a damsel but ... anyway ^^ the details on the ... the red thing ... damn what is it called again? The scarf! Yeah, so it's great, And I like that you made it look like two separate damaged pieces tied together in a way that they can't be set apart. Wait, to be set apart isn't what I wanted to say. I meant separated. My god words are just running away from me tonight. So, the scarf, it's Jo and Meg, damaged goods tied together. It sounded more poetic in my head ... Oh well. So, while trying to find deep meanings in all the fantastic details you put up there, I asked myself the same question you did : Why the hell are they tied together all the time? Well, in my opinion, and after a long argumentation with myself, I think it's just hawt XD
