Description
This is a picture of the front finished , stained with the base and the lock plate . I have grown to prefer the way lighter colored wood looks carved .
A bass wood chest with mahogany stain . Other then cutting the wood to length pretty much everything was done by hand with traditional wood working tools . Including the dove tails and the molding . This was a lot of fun to make ,but it took quite some time to make and carve .

I don't mind if you share my pictures , but please let me know you are and link to here and don't take credit for my work . Mostly I just want to see who and where they get used . Probably an ego thing .
