It's also quite creative, taking inspiration from Okami but making something else out of it.

Reminds me of Okami. Your shading looks sorta like a traditional version of cell-shading!
Man, I really wish I could color-pencil like you.

i like how clean and sharp the knuckles are, and how u left the ends of the ribbons un-lined. its quite pretty, and such a manly name for him

ive noticed the colour on your works is really deep and not faded. how to you get it like that? everytime i color someting its always faded and not deep like yours. i do use fabercastel pencils but for some reason the color always comes up faded/pale. what do u use to get the colors to really stand out like that?

With a lot of artists on DA, you sometimes have to put your work through some editing on photoshop or some other art editing program. It allows you to darken the midtones so that the colours stand out more. If not, then the colours will look too light.
And it depends on the quality of the scanner too. Expensive ones will automatically edit the work as it scans it, but cheaper ones, you'll have to edit the colours manually on some program.

ohh so its not the color pencils its the computer? right ok thanks for that

Well it is the coloured pencils XD Most scanners get rid of the impact of the drawing, which makes it light. You just have to darken it again on an editing program.
