Android was horribly injured in an accident when she was younger and while in a coma had her left eye and spine replaced with metal and computer bits and her legs fitted with permanent braces so she could one day be able to get out of her sickbed again. But she feels like she is no longer herself and has long since changed her name. She feels like shes nothing more than a pile of wires and gears.

No matter what you say she wont believe you. Her mindset is so focused on what's wrong with her she can never see anything right with herself.
She doesn't even listen to her marefriend

No because technically she is not a robot.
She was -and still is- a living being whose body has been mostly replaced with metal gears wires and computer parts to keep her alive.

Well I say robot but I meant reploid. It's kind of like a robot but it has emotions and free will and such like a human. She's not a reploid though. She's not entirely mechanical. Um.......trying to think of who could talk to her is kinda tricky.

There's not much anyone could do anyways so...
As I said she will never believe she's beautiful again. She always views herself as a shell of who she once was so actually takes offense to anyone telling her otherwise.

Bad things happen in life, but this... nobody deserves to have feel this way about themselves.

It was just a simple accident really.
She worked in an electrical factory and there was a series of events: She was wiring a delicate circuit when a person who didnt like her decided to bring a raincloud in. The wire sparked and caught the water sending lethal amounts of electricity into her. She survived but her body...well didn't. Her eye was burned out and her spine and legs were weak and if any weight was put on them they would no doubt crack and splinter. Her internal organs were failing and she was determined to be brain dead. However unwilling to give up hope her family willingly spend money to try and save her. Her ribs and spine were replaced with metal and hooked up to a vent that releases heat build up from the machines keeping her alive. Similar ones were placed on her legs to support her and release more heat. Her tail that was one long and flowy was burned off and can't grow past a certain length now either which makes her even more upset since she spent hours a day just brushing it and washing it.

She wasn't actually brain dead.
She was determined brain dead do to the lack of activity. But rather she was in complete and utter shock and went into a black out period.
