I've decided that I should make this official shipping.

Belandra is a soldier who in a horrific war accident had the left side of her face burned beyond recognition. She was rushed to the hospital and at one point got to the brink of death. And in that happening she MET Death himself.

Death is the older brother to my OC Nether Storm who died in his late teens. He had cancer and was becoming a burden to his family and made the conscious choice to commit suicide with a gun her had stolen. However as he was about to pull the trigger he met with the Death before him and killed HIM instead. And the one who kills Death must become Death. I.e he had to become the grim reaper. He was cured of his sickness but as a curse he was never able to interact with family or loved ones again UNLESS they were dying.

On one of his collections he met Belandra who literally despite the fact she was bleeding out in a hospital room she fought him tooth and nail and refused to die. So instead of forcibly taking her soul he gave her an hour and if she was able to survive he would leave her be. And shockingly enough she pulled through.

However he worried for her because she was at constant risk so stayed and watched over her until she became stable. He left a black rose and left her to her fate.

Belandra however wanted to meet him again to thank him for giving her a chance but do to her not being close to death anymore she would never see him again. Knowing the risk she downed a bottle of poison and waited.

Of course Death was pissed when he found out and quickly got her to the hospital so she would be cured. She was luckily and Death sat her down to talk to her.

After a long talk Death agreed to find a way they could see each other beyond the fact Belandra had to be close to death. Death did this by giving Belandra the "eyes of the dead" I.e giving her the vision of the dead. Leaving her eyes black and soulless so she can see spirits demons and Death himself.
