Basic information on Axel:
Axel is a war veteran and had risen through the ranks to become a leading commander. Although he spends most his time training new recruits rather than leading others into battle now-a-days (Mainly do to the fact there's a relative peace about the land) Do to his stern and leave no survivors attitude he is one of the strictest of the trainers and normally gains the hate of several new soldiers within the first day.
However despite this and despite what most would like to think of him, he is quite the nice guy. He just has a hard time conveying how he feels to others which makes him seem more like a nasty obnoxious stallion.
Plus the fact he has a hard time controlling the volume of his voice doesn't help.

Both can be used. There is no proper way to use either unless your taking about a date. I am a grammer person and in all my life it's been do and not due.

Oh my gosh, I love this! And you really did nail the 'Hetalia' look. The first thing I thought when I saw him in my messages was 'Germany!' Axel is also a clever name in my opinion, since it sounds like Axis. ^_^

I'm glad it's obvious who hes based off of but I do intend to change him a bit as time goes on. I was looking to copy Germany persay but rather just base an OC off of him sicne I love him so much ^^ (I also have Lucca i.e Italy)
And Axel was a random german named I picked I didn't notice until later that it was similar to Axis.
