The Arbiter, probably the coolest anti-hero character ever in a video game. Drawn in pencil, colored with photoshop per usual. No BG to this one, didn't have the motivation, so sue me. The next one I draw of him will most likely have one though.

Why do you called him the coolest anti-hero? I know he did um... bad things at the start but then, to me, he becomes a hero by preventing Tartarus (spelling...) from activating the HALO.
