First artwork of 2005.FAN ART! Aahahahah!
The Arbiter, probably the coolest anti-hero character ever in a video game. Drawn in pencil, colored with photoshop per usual. No BG to this one, didn't have the motivation, so sue me. The next one I draw of him will most likely have one though.

First I thought the Covenant were a bunch of nuts in Halo, in Halo 2 I found out they were a bunch of religious nuts, this character redeemed the credibility of the entire race in the final portion of Halo 2. This a very well done and detailed picture of the character and you should be proud to have such talent (and software, I'm broke, LOL).

And I'll have to actually dis-agree with you one the helmet thing, Jaxx. *Chuckles.* I like how it goes through the jaw. It's like a Roman Centurian helmet. Hell the whole armor set made me think of a combination of Roman and Greek armor and culture. The patterns and the style.
Kind of makes you wonder how close the Sangheili and Humans are in some of their heritage and concepts etc.

Beautiful! Wonderful! I think the colors, highlights, and the hunched stance of the Elite are perfect. The sword is most appropriate for a veteran of his standing. For some reason this makes me wonder what Elites are like outside of combat. Something about his eye and apparent demeanor. You are the goddes of Halo art.

Funny enough, that's the one thing about his design I strongly dissagree with. It just doesn't look right. That 'beak' part of the helmet that goes down between the mandables....bleck. It would have looked better if it'd ended just above the mandables, between the eyes. But then, that's just me... *shrug*
