Thanks, Chad! It just always amused me how the characters' designs were so often interchangeable. Some may think that's lazy designing, but I think, when done right, it's very interesting and endearing. Charles Schulz's Peanuts is a perfect example of this.

well this is also back in the day y'know. Look at my stuff for exapmle - you take away the hair on the girls I draw, it's the exact same head lol

I'd say I'm relatively guilty of it. While I strive to give original looks to all my characters, it's inevitable that a nose or eye shape will get repeated. It's not laziness, it's just being a slave to your style. Some cartoonists should be so lucky as to have a style to be a slave to!

I'd give anything to be a little more 'open' with my style - but everytime I try and draw soemthing different, it just doesn't look like "I" drew it
