As the title says, this is a tribute to Howard the Duck, a great old comic book published by Marvel in the 70s (See my latest journal entry for a more in-depth explanation of the piece).Howard and Beverly were drawn in marker and colored in Photoshop. The background is a collage of 70's icons that made an impact on me as a kid.

I just got the series, as well as the magazine.
Very nice stories, a mix of the usual morals and mayhem that comics of the time did, and a dash of humour.
...cause it was about a TALKING DUCK!

Ah Howard. There are some plots, that even puppets can't safe.
