I KNEW IT, I JUST F***ING KNEW IT! You could also tell by the way she took his wallet instead of the proffered bills at the beginning. I watched my fair share of The Jetsons, which was (to borrow a book title from sci-fi author Bruce Sterling) a good old-fashioned future. Cute tribute, even with Jane's line that would not fly in the original cartoon. (Macross' Misa Hayase--a.k.a. Lisa Hayes in Robotech--has the same line [Atashi de yana onna, in the original Japanese] after she realizes how badly she reamed out poor Hikaru/Rick. That line got axed for Robotech, though.)
