Description
This was a commission for fellow DA'er Elora Danen. Her boyfriend was studying to be a surgeon and loved Spongebob, Pink and the Brain, and asked me to combine it all into this gory little tribute. Much fun to create, and fits well into my current classic cartoon commission drive!Related content

That's morbidly awesome from the guy who brings you Dead Duck! I'm terrified of having surgery, and if I knew Pinky and Brain had the honor of making me into what's pretty much a human turkey carving, I'd be worried about Brain harvesting my organs for experiments (or world-domination funding) and the fact Pinky's usin' the wrong kind of goofy-gas to make the pain go away
I can't help, but wonder what SpongeBob would sound like with an even higher voice after that operation
