Ooh, lovely to see you practice your watercolours again. That movie has yet to premier in the UK at this moment in time, but after seeing this scene I'm willing to give it a shot ^ ^

Thanks! Watercolors are enjoyable to mess around with, for sure! And I'm pretty confident to tell you I believe you'll LOVE the movie when it gets to your shores!

Y'know, speaking of the UK, I was really sad when the Jim Henson company (who built the creatures for Where the Wild Things Are) closed up their original creature shop in London and re-opened it in Hollywood. I always felt like there was something so much more special about them being in England, since they specialized in fantasy characters, and England was a perfect backdrop for that.

Yeah, it's just another reason why Children's TV is suffering for us Brits - there's an alarmingly small percent of "home bred" shows now that everything is being shipped overseas from American and elsewhere

Many of today's generation seem to forget that the likes of Danger Mouse, Count Duckula, Benny Hill and Fawlty Towers originated on British soil. What else will Britain be remembered for if, one day, all our classics will be gone and forgotten...?

Totally agreed! One of my favorite English TV shows is "Spaced", and when I heard they were going to make an American version I was ready to protest. Fortunately, so were the legions of other Spaced fans, so it never happened, thankfully.

The ending made me cried and I tried not to cry too much on it.

Funny, I cried through the whole thing and didn't even try to hide it. The movie was just that good to me.

Thanks, JB! This is only the third or fourth time I've tried to work with watercolors in over a decade, but I'm interested in continuing to practice!
