I see you're still going strong with the Submersion series. I can't begin to tell you how much I love these underwater paintings. The movement of the body through water is almost poetic - and once again, it's a completely different environment and mood from the other paintings in the series.

Oh, this is DIVINE... I love your earlier versions but there's something much more *watery* happening now. It leaves so much more to the imagination - it's a really exciting development!

What medium(s) are you using to thin your paints for this, and what varnish/finish do you use? I was doing a similar technique for layering on one painting - I think I used liquin and galkyd gel, but it stayed sticky for a LONG time! Galkyd gel is really, really sticky... it's quite nerve-wracking.
