Many of my critters have pierced tails, it's a sort of fashion statement on Midden.

Sounds like the tragus piercing that a lot of my characters have.
(and for those in the know, the tragus on Sammy, Doug, Steve, etc's ears is something like 500x larger than the human norm. it's micro-macrophelia!)
