Description
Every Imperial planet will have its fair share of crime syndicates, even when the whole world is covered entirely in oceans.

This is a display of a number of different gangs within the Underhive on Brine, each of which was created by a member of the Scornful Tides Discord. The only one I created was The Presidium, but I made sure to edit each entry so that it fit the lore at large.
