Description Elz'rohif is a mastodon or mammoth-headed deity of the deer mice. The densest range of this ingenious people is in the Western Fog Coast, where the Black River makes its final violent reunion with the Honeyed Gulf. The Gulf is roughly the size and shape of the Gulf of Mexico, with the Black reaching it similarly to how the Mississippi meets the sea, but in climate, surrounding topography, and biodiversity is far more like the Salish Sea than anything else. With a temperate climate in a land of otherwise devastating extremes, a bountiful salmon rum, fertile soil, and at a crossroads of trade between many wealthy races (Blue Wolves to the West, Flat-tails to the East, Sea Otters to the South), the cities of the Deer Mice prospered and were by far the wealthiest area on the subcontinent for centuries before tragedy struck.

Among their many accomplishments was the most intricate writing system within 2,000 miles, of which Elz'rohif was the patron. As god of writing, he is rather sinister, as full-form writing is widely considered a dubious practice associated with evil things ranging from necromantic rituals to espionage and taxes. Writing was first developed to keep better track of tax receipts, and poor old Elz'rohif has never quite outgrown his accountant's roots. He is, however, also the defender of honesty, logic, and organization. He is usually depicted as a fat scribe, sitting cross-legged (or, in this case, in a field of stars) with his magic stylus that records the dooms of various other gods clasped in his trunk and with various wooden writing tablets in his hands.

Notes:
A little more simplistic on the formline this time, and the colour scheme is doubtful. But I'm glad I tried new lighting sources and drawing a non-perfect godly figure.

Thanks for stopping by, feel free to leave a comment, and have a great day!
