Description
This is a painting I created for a friend of mine who was making a movie poster. He specified the subject matter down to pretty exact details (the type of rubber ball, the swimming goggles, etc) and it was up to me to make his vision come to life. As usual, it's entirely digital, and created in Photoshop 5.5.Related content

Damn! That is some really nice work! I'm kinda curious about the dead bunny and the ball though...interesting touch for something that looks "happy". Its got a somewhat spooky feel to it.

Wow... this is beautiful, truly. Amazing work, great detail, and I dig the mood you've set with the colors. Very warm and inviting. Not only that, but wonderful rendition of the subject matter. You've really brought him to life on this digital pallette. Amazing, really... I don't know what else to say. Though you did mention this was a movie poster? Did someone else go in and add the text? And if so, how did it turn out?

The cloudy sky, the trees and the slight uneven ground are drawn perfectly... its a great backgound! But also that guy turned out very good... I like the folds on the shirt and the pants and his untied shoes! His unkempt hair looks funny!
Hehe.. I dunno why but the dead rabbit fit that guy somehow...
The colors and the shapes are perfect! I love this detailed style!
