Using the same stiple pattern in the extreme foreground and extreme background robs the image of the illusion of depth.

Honestly, I got this one all wrong; line depth on the buildings should have been a lot thinner they were, splatter is just thrown on & I just plain rushed. That being said, oh well. It is what it is. One day I may revisit this one though.
