This is my first attempt at drawing the Legendary Godzilla for the upcoming film. I based it off the final shot of the Main Trailer released on 2/25/14. Really love the new look and can't wait to see the film.Related content

Thank you very much! Yes, the trailer is very wonderful and I'm can't wait to see the movie. I'll be there at midnight for sure. Will probably see it more than once as well!

The trailer alone is already better than the direction that film went. So I think we're safe. lol

i hear that the guy in charge of the tristar film didn't even like the gojiran franchise.

I've read that as well. I don't actually hate the film. I think Godzilla 1998 is a fun monster flick. But it just changes so much that makes Godzilla awesome. As a stand alone monster movie, it's enjoyable. But when you considered what it could have been (Like what we're getting with the 2014 film) the 1998 film is a disappointment.
