well you have to find the place where the outlook application is installed
on my computer it is installed in this path:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\OUTLOOK.exe

It is about time someone made this. Star Trek was ahead of it's time nearly 30 years ago, and it's still ahead of it's time even now. We're BARELY just getting into touch screen tablets. Now once we make an LCARS theme for said tablets, nerds will be set for life. Kudos to you and your creation mate, you just did it and you did it good.

Well look no further than www.lcarsx32.com It can runs as a program by default or you can set it as your default shell. And I'm sure it supports touchscreens. It's made by the community as well
