i know it's supposed to be 'pico day' and all but this year i'm gonna make the cartoon focus on neneit's gonna be cool
here's her first concept, still tryin to figure out a style for her eyes, and whether or not i should redesign her at all

the main reason ive never really made anything for pico day is because the characters are kinda limited but i like what you did here
