i know it's supposed to be 'pico day' and all but this year i'm gonna make the cartoon focus on neneit's gonna be cool
here's her first concept, still tryin to figure out a style for her eyes, and whether or not i should redesign her at all

Man, it so uber cool. You better start making operation: Graveyard into episode. Believe me, this flash movie (or whatever its called) will be rise like a start. practice, persist, and analyze

you have to practice with the program, get a feel for it and its tools. you have to persist using it, don't just give up when you can't find what you're looking for. and you have to analyze the technique you use, see if there's a smarter/better way to do things.
i cannot give you real "tips" because you are asking an extremely general question about a program that has thousands of uses!

i currently don't have the time to work for free, so depending on what you want i charge 200-600 USD per minute of animation. if it's for commercial purposes i need a royalties agreement, and i require all my first-time clients to sign a notarized contract.

btw if you didn't read my past statement correctly, i charge 200-600 USD per minute. it depends on how complex the animation is. and what it will be used for.
